# Troubleshooting

This page covers the most common issues and their solutions.

## Resource won't start

### Possible Causes

* Missing dependencies
* SQL not imported
* Incorrect installation
* Incorrect resource name

### Solution

Verify that all required dependencies are installed:

* QBCore
* ox\_lib
* ox\_target
* oxmysql

## Rental NPC does not appear

Check:

* Ped coordinates
* Ped model
* Resource started successfully

## Rental Blips are missing

Verify your location configuration.

Restart the resource after making changes.

## Vehicles won't spawn

Possible causes:

* Invalid vehicle model
* Spawn point blocked
* Vehicle not streamed

## Vehicle image is missing

Verify:

web/images/
```

* Image exists
* Correct filename
* `.webp` format

***

## Fuel is not applied

Check:

* Fuel script is installed
* Correct fuel system selected
* Fuel resource starts before Crimvex Rental

## VIP vehicles don't work

Verify:

* Discord Bot Token
* Guild ID
* VIP Role ID
* Bot permissions
* Player has VIP role

## Discord logs are not working

Check:

```lua
Config.enableLogs = true
```

Verify your webhook URLs inside:

```
server/secrets.lua
```

## Database cleanup doesn't work

Verify:

```lua
Config.DatabaseCleanup.Enabled = true
```
